- Custom architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical drawings
- Bills of Quantities preparation
- Project design and documentation consultancy

All house designs, drawings, and documents sold or displayed on PrimeDrawings.co.ke are the intellectual property of PrimeDrawings and may not be resold, redistributed, or replicated without written consent.
3. Use of Designs
Plans purchased from us are intended for single-use construction only. Additional use requires separate written permission and may incur extra charges.
4. Accuracy of Information
We strive for accuracy in our content, drawings, and pricing. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors without prior notice.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before any downloadable product is released or before custom project work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Turnaround Time
Custom plans and documentation timelines will be communicated upon agreement and may vary based on complexity and project scope.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of our plans or services. Ensure all plans meet local regulatory standards before construction.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising shall be resolved within Kenyan jurisdiction.
