1. Pre-Designed Plans
- Refunds are not available once a digital plan has been delivered via download or email.
- If you mistakenly purchase the wrong plan, contact us within 24 hours before downloading for possible exchange or partial credit.
2. Custom Design Services
- A non-refundable deposit is required to begin any custom project.
- If you cancel the project before drafting begins, we may refund up to 50% of the total amount, less administrative costs.
- Once design work has begun or is delivered, no refund will be issued.
3. Errors or Revisions
We will correct any genuine error in the delivered work at no extra cost within a reasonable revision period (up to 14 days after delivery).
